EVENT RULES

No outside food or beverage is allowed on site (inside or outside). This includes gifts that contain alcohol, please alert guests that any outside alcohol is prohibited. We have a full kitchen so food can be ordered for guests or guests can order their own. Cakes or cupcakes for birthdays are ok as long as the display is not large.

Decorations/signage must be kept to a minimum. The following are prohibited: Balloons, confetti, banners, streamers, large signs, and displays.

Guests are expected to follow SouthEnd Brewing Co. rules and restrictions. Any guest not complying will be asked to leave the premise. This includes but is not limited to: 1) No one under the age of 21 is to be served or receive alcohol, 2) Bartenders have the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, and 3) Children under the age of 18 are allowed on premise, but must be supervised by an adult at all times. (i.e. no wandering the taproom/brewhouse/patio unsupervised).

All group tabs will be closed with a minimum 20% gratuity.

FACILITY FEES

Depending on the date and size of your event a facility fee may occur. A facility fee is to guarantee that the space designated for your event is prepared and available at the time of your event. Often times this means we have to prevent anyone else from sitting there prior to your event. Fees range from $50-$1500 and will be discussed after this form is submitted. Fees will be due prior to or on the day of your event.
